Together with his team, Wackerbarth's head chef Karsten Häusler has created a sumptuous barbecue buffet for you - from Mediterranean starters and fresh grilled vegetables, to fine sausages and high-quality beef chops, through to selected fish, delicious grilled cheese and a selection of sweet desserts.
The barbecue enjoyment is refined with the matching ‘Cool Climate’ wines from our manufactory.

Fine specialities from the grill and Saxon wine are the ingredients for happiness.
