Sparkling Wine & Tradition
German Sparkling Wine Day 2025
Be there when one of the "Best Sparkling Wine Producers in Germany" (German Sparkling Wine Award) pops the corks for you. Toast with us on the occasion of German Sparkling Wine Day!
Look over the shoulders of our cellar master and his team and discover how we continue the tradition of one of the oldest sparkling wine cellars in Europe in a masterly way: In 1836, the French cellar master Johann Joseph Mouzon brought the art of classic bottle fermentation from his homeland to Saxony. Since then, Saxon cellar masters have been marrying selected grapes to create sparkling delights.
