Exquisite wine and fine specialities from the grill - that's the taste of summer at Schloss Wackerbarth.

True to the motto ‘Exquisitely Saxon’, Wackerbarth's head chef only uses the best ingredients from the region on the grill. A rich selection of savoury delicacies - crispy, juicy and spicy - will make connoisseurs' hearts beat faster. In addition to the classics from the grill, various salads, grilled vegetables and dips round off the winegrower's barbecue.

Sample our fine wines from the Wackerbarth cellars in a breathtaking atmosphere and bring the day to a carefree close in cosy company.

Romance or war of the roses? Wine and cheese together open up a whole new world of flavours. Cheese specialist Matthias Gräfe will show you which wine harmonises particularly well with which cheese and let you discover completely new flavour experiences.

After dinner at Schloss Wackerbarth, take a walk to the Radebeul observatory, which is picturesquely situated directly above our adventure winery. While you marvel at the romantic starry sky in the planetarium, enjoy a heavenly wine tasting.
