Together with his team, Wackerbarth's head chef Karsten Häusler has created a sumptuous barbecue buffet for you - from Mediterranean starters and fresh grilled vegetables, to fine sausages and high-quality beef chops, through to selected fish, delicious grilled cheese and a selection of sweet desserts. The barbecue enjoyment is refined with the matching ‘Cool Climate’ wines from our manufactory.
